in most situations all the freight cars are empty in all routes, this can be seen even in the latest Canadian article, look at the centerbeam cars.. every single picture is empty .. look at the center beams in the CAL route... what happened to the progress on cargo? Was this put off to the side and the choice made to have all cars empty? What happened to the cars in the auto racks?

The CN route will have cars in the autoracks.

It used to be a feature of HH before being removed for (questionable) optimisation reasons. You can re-enable them with a simple .pak

Oh, yeah? While driving the 4918 Flank Road Loading session yesterday, I spotted those centerbeams in the distance carrying two different loads.

Blanket statements claiming that all freight cars are empty simply don't hold water (pun intended, of course), since it's extremely doubtful that those making them have checked all the cars on all the routes, including those on all of the sidings.

Those don’t have a loaded weight though.

What's that mean, Anthony, and how do you know it? Using the simulated scales again?

Any freight car prior to TVL has only unloaded weights. The aggregate hoppers from SFJ were the first to change weight depending on load.

nne4229 claimed that all freight cars are unloaded; I countered with a screenshot of loaded centerbeams; neither of us made any statement regarding weight. While I realize the value of weight in this case, that simply was not the issue.
