I just loaded up TSW to find all of my dlcs had gone, restarted game, still the same, restarted console, no different, connected to internet and it worked! So that leaves me to the question.. Why do we now need an active internet connection to access our DLCs??
I just checked this on my console, but it worked even without an active internet connection. So there must be another additional cause.
Sounds more like a licensing glitch. The internet connection allowed your licenses to be verified so they appeared again Don't know how long such things are verified for on console, but on Steam it's checked every time you load the game
Somewhere in your Playstation options, there is an option to re-new all licenses. You should try that next time this happens.
