Starting a München-Frankfurt service (ICE 1580), the front coupler door is open, and the coupling-control light is flashing (pushing it engages the 2 km/h AFB). What's going on? And how do I close the bloody door?
the coupler doors are open because before your service started another ICE 3 infront of yours right now split up and went a different path. and the coupler doors only close automatically when going above the speed of 30 km/h you can probably watch the split-up when launching in on-foot at the same station and a few minutes back. at departure only the front unit should depart as they split up as said before
found your service, Würzburg main station platform 6 at 18:25 (or 18:30 if you don't want to watch the unit arrive). departure of ICE 1222 is at 18:31
