How, after all this time in TSW, do we not have a GE Genesis locomotive yet in the game? We have multiple routes where the locomotive could be utilized, either as a player drivable service or AI only. It seems obvious that we should have the Genesis and superliner/viewliner cars. I understand that many routes are only once a day in each direction, so the number of services would be low, but it would be a great addition to some of the predominately freight routes.
That is the one of the reasons why and dtg don't have reference for the viewliner/superliner passenger coaches. It was the reason why it wasn't released with the sante fe f7 dlc which instead used freight wagons.
There are many many trains we don't have in game. So the answer is because nobody has made it for the game yet
