Dovetail must be aware of the fact that players on ALL platforms are looking for as much realism as possible, so why is there no compatibility for joysticks on this platform? Even PC players have to use things such as flight sim joysticks and map them especially for train sim/tsw. But there is no way to do this on Xbox, even on next-gen consoles. Is this feature something we can only hope for in future? Or, as there seem to be no plans anywhere for train-sim specific controllers to be created by companies such as Logitech, is this only a dream we can all have?
Honestly many of us who play an assortment of flight sims, space shooters, mech piloting games, etc. on XBox have been asking for increased HOTAS support now beyond the handful of specialised games supporting them for AGES. It's really hard to justify that kind of price for a specialised controller when so few games work with it out of the box. But they will continue to be super expensive when the poor support means so few people are going to buy them.
