After 4 years playing Train Sim World and Train Sim World 2 can we ask DTG why our passengers still waiting outside in the rain? Maybe they don’t have umbrellas or something like that? Or why they dont move under the shed? Maybe they like the rain?? Haha hope yall good guys! Salute
It´s like the braves wearing T-Shirts under heavy snow. Umbrellas are a nice idea but imagine the collision problems. Now they already block each other under clear sky... Cheers
Haha you right Funny how they block each other sometimes, maybe we are in Russia brother, i heard that they dont feel any cold
Often the passengers on TSW seem to be re-enactment of the Village of the Damned! Some variety would definitely be beneficial at some point, not a priority though I guess.
I am really impressed on how well DTG has done in making this simulation — if the majority of the conversation of late is making fluffier clouds and having proper attire for the climate for the passengers - all the physics and train operations must have been nailed by the company . For the humor impaired — this is a tongue in cheek comment) <—-
I've a feeling that passengers on the platforms in HMA wear different attire in winter than in summer.
Like many things, it’s something DTG want to improve on, however, as always, they have no ETA or guarantee that this will happen. So basically, nothing is happening to improve the NPC’s until it is on the roadmap™
Let us just accept it for the moment. We know DTGs ambition (or at least Sams ambition) with the passengers. We just need to buy a lot of DLC to make it affordable to solve the issues. But, to be honest this would not be my highest priority
Anyone who thinks that passengers in TSW (and TS, for that matter) look and behave unrealistically ought to experience them in Trainz. I wish I had a screen shot to stick in here, but I can vouch for the fact that most Trainz "people" look like LEGO folk and at stations they stand in regimented groups waiting to board. On the other hand, whereas DTG's cows sometimes moo but never "moove", Trainz animals do both and birds occasionally buzz passing trains. To be honest, however, I have seen a couple of Trainz routes with people, especially yard workers, who move around purposefully rather than standing stiff like statues. I sure would like to see animated animals in TS and TSW!
Normally things like that must be priority A... if you showing the game to someone he starting to laugh after some seconds watching this. Or can you re remember the flying passengers aswell??
