Seriously. Why are you giving Red signals to freight trains, on a 1.5% uphill incline?? This train is on throttle 10, no wheel slippage and will only achieve 0.1 mph!! At this rate it will take over 30 hours just to get out of the tunnel for God's sake. Please fix this, it's obnoxious.

The bit I love is where you demand it is fixed. Without giving us what route, what train, what service you're playing on and what signal it occurred at.

You've really worked hard to ensure they will get it fixed ASAP.

Well you've made your account today just to leave this comment and not even give basic details of whats happening. What route, train, service, or signal are you experiencing this on?

Well, you need to come up with some details at least. As the fore posters already mentioned.

My guess it's on Würzburg-Kassel in the tunnel short before Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe. That came with TSW3 and probably will never get fixed.
If you're a completionist, uncouple half of the train and leave it in the tunnel. This way you'll at least finish the service.

Maybe English isn't your first language or maybe your vocabulary is moderately limited so here's a free lesson. The word "please", as used in this sentence, is an adverb, is used to express politeness in a request. A request is literally the opposite of a demand. That said, I have demanded exactly nothing, I made a request. Thanks for playing, friend.

I didn't know that this was an option. Thank you, this is very helpful indeed.

    "Basic details"
    Freight train
    Red signal
    1.3% up hill incline
    No wheel slippage

    "Detailed description"
    route, - irrelevant
    train,
    service, - irrelevant
    signal location - irrelevant
The only factor that is necessary to address here is that it's a freight trains being forced to stop on an uphill incline, where there's no chance of restarting the task, therefore no chance of completion of said task. "Pipe" on the other hand offereda solution to the problem that worked and allowed me to complete the task. Snarky and comments that criticize a player are unnecessary and serve only to sow discord.

Sorry but if you aren't gonna give more details into your issues, there is nothing we can do to help you.

Dude, do you seriously think you will have this issue fixed if you don't tell us proper information? Games will have their issues. But if you sit here and give vague information then theres nothing we can do for you.

Providing these allows others to try duplicating your situation exactly. Happily, Pipe was able to provide a solution that worked for you anyway, but just FYI.

Thanks. As I've already mentioned, "Pipe" has offered a suggestion that solved this problem. Simply disconnect the freight and get on with it. Simple and effective.

Actually, not only do I "think" the problem will get fixed, it DID get fixed....by "Pipe". Clearly a person who uses the available information (which was obviously sufficient) and formed a solution, without demanding a LOVE ton of needless information or making derogatory comments towards me. You should all take a page from his book and get off your high horses and being jerks to people. Thanks again "Pipe"!

No one is trolling, phillip and name calling is the last result for those with limited intelligence and limited social skills.

They still had to "guess" the route and service because you lack the info from the get go. Dont make people here play 20 questions.

Yet you thinking people should know what your problem is without giving them a lot to go on and getting annoyed when they ask for specifics isn't being a jerk to people?
Specific details are essential. Freight train being forced to stop going uphill isn't sufficient, there's more than one route this could apply to.
He took a guess, just so happened to be right.
    Calling people jerks is derogatory.
Friendly reminder you've called people jerks for trying to help you.

PS: being rude gets you nowhere, people will just ignore you. Only people with limited intelligence and limited social skills would think otherwise.

    It's unnecessary information.
    Necessary information;
    Freight train
    Uphill incline
    Stopped by red light
    Can't get restarted.
