As the title says, why is the MRCE 182 the chosen 182 to possibly use in the four services for it in Vorarlberg given that it doesn't seem to be permitted to run in Austria from its side markings? Moreover, why not the Dispolok, which is permitted? This second question still stands even when the answer to the first one would be that for some reason they wanted people who owned HBL to have this layer (but NOT people who paid for the self-standing 182 DLC? that would be idiotic).
