We are seeing a lot of DLC route remasters lately, which is really cool and appreciated, but I am just wondering if DLC loco packs will be remastered, or at least brought up to current standards in the future? I'm specifically thinking of: BR Class 37/7 Rail Operations Group BR Rail Head Treatment Train (Class 66) BR Class 20 BR Class 31 BR Class 40 1972 Silver London Underground stock (Sorry for listing only UK DLC, but I don't keep watch on other countries releases anymore.)
I'd imagine they'd go back to them as they go back to the home routes. The ROG 37 and RHTT 66 probably won't be because they're new, and SEHS won't be remastered any time soon (if ever) The 21, 30 and 40, perhaps. And I'd think the Silver 1972 TS would be upgraded alongside the 72 Stock for WCML - and hopefully back to Bakerloo Line as such.
Mostly bug fixes and updates to ToD4. The Class 37/7 has missing cab window glass, the class 20 and 40 have lighting bugs, etc, etc...
The Class 20s sounds are not the greatest, the engine is louder with the windows closed.. for some reason, though admittedly that's the only main thing I can find as a bug. So yeah, I really hope the 20 gets remastered; if DTG decides to remaster any in the first place.
