In many parts of the world, this is critical weather info. That it was left out of TSW 3 shows that there was a missing update while in discussions with Focus Entertainment. Wind direction and speed have been a function in TSW since day 1, its just not shown on the UI anywhere yet as it wasnt felt to be important compared to other things that needed doing. Matt.
I think the closest you get to any ‘effect’ is the ICE3 having a lower speed limit than the ICE 1 on KWG, due to the ICE 3 being lighter and being a safety issue with the heights of the bridges you cross.
