Windowedfullscreen Issue

Go into settings and make sure the screen resolution matches your monitor.

 

It matches. In TSW 2 it works fine.

 

Try restarting the game. I have this issue in games all the time whenever I try to use windowed fullscreen. It fails the first time but after a restart it works fine. If that fails, set the correct resolution in Fullscreen mode, then switch back to windowed-fullscreen, and restart.
