Please allow me to make a suggestion. I looked but didn't find anything related to it. I am new to the Sim world and was playing one of the scenarios in Germany in winter time. I am certain that most people would not stand on the train platform in a short sleeve and a skirt when it is snowing. So please if you have different weather scenarios have the cast be appropriately dressed. This would also include to have people walk with an umbrella or have a rain jacket on when it is raining.I love the attention for details on the trains, now lets extend this to the rest as well.
The clothes and accessories that people have do change depending on weather conditions, e.g. if it starts raining midway through your journey new passengers will spawn with umbrellas. There are also distinct clothes for summer and winter. Although by your comment it doesn’t look like it works properly in scenarios.
