    I have looked all over and cannot find where to download this free World of Steam route. Anyone have an idea where this can be found?

    What platform are you playing on? It will be in the store for your platform. Do note that today, the Steam platform is having some issues with being overburdened.

    The DLC name is Spirit of Steam. If you search the stores for World of Steam you are probably not going to find it.
