I’ve been debating on picking up this route soon, and was wondering if people would recommend doing so.

I held off at launch after previously wanting to pick it up then, due to what I saw as too many simple feature bugs.

it would also help to know if theirs any news from Rivet about another update any time soon, helps to see their focus on what may not have picked upon before.

I’ve tried to have a look on YouTube, but their doesn’t seem too many recent videos which would show it extensively enough in its most up to date form.

There’s nothing outrageously wrong with the route since they patched it, but as a DLC is just abit underwhelming.

I really do like modern trains, but the 385 just feels like a downgraded electrostar experience & gets abit bland after a couple of runs.

The route needs more variety to it unfortunately, the current timetable & rolling stock just doesn’t do it. Also the 385 just feels so fake and does not sound nor drive like the real thing.

Again, not a bad route, but it’s not a good one either (gameplay wise).

Simple answer is yes I can recommend and although I am not the biggest fan of modern routes I rather enjoy it and done over a 1000 miles which as I say for a modern route is good going for me.

The only glaring issue I have is the braking on neutral sections. It only lasts a short bit and you can quickly reapply power after moving it to 0. Make sure to watch your speed so you don't lose too much. It's a bit empty with only 1 unit and sounds are still a bit loud. Other than that, I haven't noticed any game breaking issues.
