Sounds like Sean Bean copied TSC advertising on trains for the Rally game. It sounds like him anyway! https://www.videogamer.com/guides/wrc-release-date/
It ALSO has photo mode and EA Codemasters have gone with the UNREAL engine! Same as TSW4! https://au.motorsport.com/gaming/ne...on-classic-cars-and-600km-of-stages/10516569/
I burst into a fit of laughter 4 seconds into the trailer. "This is not racing". Yes, it's under EA supervision, it's probably going to be a casino simulator with some rally attached. But more seriously, I love Codemaster games (played every Colin McRae/Dirt game apart from Dirt 5), so I'm cautiously excited. WRC Generations was a fun experience (the latest official WRC game, done by a different studio). I wonder if the "over 600km of stage miles" is unique kilometers or everything summed up. Dirt Rally 1 and 2 had stages that were A to B, B to C, A to C and all of them reversed, meaning the same sections were in 4 different stages.
DR2 had 12 stages of each country. 4 original, 4 reverse and 2 joined together forward and reverse. WRC and Generations had the same essentially but the last one was a Rallycross event with other cars.
I'm not expecting 600km unique. Though if it was , with 13 countries on the calendar, thats enough for each to have 2 stages af around 25km. I just hope if they do 1-1 recreation like dirt rally the actually have a combined full stage. Most of the stages in DR were 1 stage split into two, which were then fragmented even further.
Yes like that 1999 Rally Championship by Magnetic Fields I mentioned in the other thread. All the stages of the six UK rallys, some of which were over 20 miles long and 1:1 with the real map.
