Wrong End Of The Eotd On The Us Freight Trains

As it is common for HSC and SPG and God knows where else.. can I assume it is a core bug?

 

There is a simple solution to this. An EOTD device would be enough, placed on the train by the driver himself. Yes, it's an old mistake.

 

This has been a known issue since Sand Patch where the EOTD is not where it should be on the train.
