The Schwebebahn runs along a route of 13.3 kilometres (8.3 mi), at a height of about 12 metres (39 ft) above the River Wupper between Oberbarmen and Sonnborner Straße and only takes 30 mins from end to end but I believe that this will route bring a very unique driving experience to TSW

Why not bundle this with RRO because during the Rush Hour Wuppertal Oberbarmen & Hbf gets transfer traffic from the monorail into the S-bahn Rhein-Ruhr network Köln Duesseldorf Duisburg Bochum Essen Dortmund & Hagen.

The Schwebebahn would be really unique, and not too long. Sure it'd probably require a bit of new tech, but I think it'd provide for a unique driving experience in a lovely scenery. I'd buy it.

Part of it is already in RRO, although not drivable.
