if this is in the wrong category sorry for making this in here i just cant seem to find a category anyways as the title says is there any Xbox 360 train games made by DTG that are SPECIFICLY on the xbox 360 i got an E model so dont worry about overheating im asking beacause i want to play train games in my room without using the xbox one for a mid performing game hehe although you can also post recomendetions of games not made by DTG HOWEVER there is a couple requirments 1. must be able to drive in first persion(can be skipped if there are none of any of these games can be skipped or 2 if you skip the next one)2. must be a 3d game 3 must be on a dvd/cd(the reasoning behind this one is cuz the xbox 360 store closes on july 29th 2024 so yeah)4. similar to train sim world(btw i wont reply within the next few hours beacause i live in eastern europe so i will reply when i can(at home no work or school cuz i have to stay home hehe)
Dtg hasn't made tsw for xbox 360. That's been ancient tech for a while and i think support dropped for it a while ago. In modern days, you don't see games made for the 360. If you want to play tsw, you have to buy a xbox one x/s or series x or a ps4, ps5 or pc.
No, as others have said, the Xbox 360 is long dead and will for obvious reasons no longer receive any support nor new games. It is maybe possible to somehow get a different Operating System to work on it, but the effort to make that work would simply be more than its worth. The Xbox 360 comes from a time when True Simulator games were not very popular on consoles.
Which is the best way to play it since you can also download mods. Only downside is you have to keep track of everything and make sure there's no incompatibilities and everything up to date
ok i got the gamepass one is it possible to add mods to this one?(tsw3 is from ms store but i own it)
Mods are best for steam. Try the link below, scroll to the bottom and see. I can't guarantee it works though. Xbox for pc doesn't really support mods https://forums.dovetailgames.com/th...ods-on-xbox-for-pc-version.75101/#post-736434
Xbox 360 hardware is VERY different to comtempary PC hardware - the 360 is based on IBMs Power PC rather than the Intel x86/AMD64 found in PCs Porting TS would have been a pain!
It's honestly impressive that MS put together a solid emulator in their x86-based systems for running old 360 games.
