TSW2020 is on the official list of enhanced games, has been for a while, but never should have been, as it never has been. There's no X1XE flag in the file info.
To answer your questions in order: Highly unlikely, as production of the One X has been discontinued now for at least a year and a half, with the final units hitting shelves in July of 2020. The game has since seen dedicated Series X and Series S versions, however, which provide the enhancements a One X version would have seen. Yes, they most definitely do, and regularly. DTG frequently post updates and respond to forum threads as a way of providing answers and information in a more timely fashion than waiting for livestreams or press releases.
