Xbox Xbox Shutting Off

Today my Xbox has shut off twice, both times after failing a scenario and I get the loading screen. Playing on Xbox one x.

 

Hardware/overheating issue most likely. A game crash will usually go back to the home screen.

 

Strange as I've played other games today with no issues at all so in my eyes that tells me it must be the game.

 

I'm not sure then. Do you have TSW 2020 installed too? There is a conflict with that game at the moment.

 

Yes I do, maybe I'll uninstall it and see how it goes. A friend had it happen to him also.

 

Me too. Tried re-installing. Seems to happen at the end of a scenario not if you pause and say return to main menu. Not sure if it’s only after resuming a saved game or after completing a fresh scenario. Will do more testing then raise a ticket.
