Why is it when complete a yard move mainly US routes if you finish earlier it makes you wait out the time given I got wait 9mins for it to end alright I done a bit off speeding but 3mph is so slow.
I don't think it should make you wait. I think it should instead say you are done, and just make the train wait that extra time for the next service without you. I did a freight run on ECML and had to wait 40 minutes at the end (so I cleaned some things while waiting). Some older services actually do this, but I think more recent routes make you wait.
I usually play switching timetables by the book first no speeding etc to get the gold or platinum medal ..then after that if i play them i go faster maybe 2 to 4 miles over the speed to complete faster especially if the yard speed is super slow like 5 or 10 mph..
Yes that 3 mph there is definitely excruciatingly slow also the 5mph speed on antelope valley at the maintenance facility and the 2 boston routes mbta amtrak
The amtrack on boston going round that balloon is painfully slow but atleast on boston when you finish the job it ends (I speed doing them ) unlike new york trenton if you finish early you got wait your time limit is up
