I have found a German driver who is posting point of view videos and is explaining German signals and safety systems as his run progresses. I would think he is wearing a headcam based on the prospective. For us English speakers, he has included a good translation via CC.

I am aware that cabride videos go into another section, but this really pertains to train driving.

Just rode with this guy from Kassel to Fulda - a staggering route, the full line having 61 tunnels and dozens of bridges over it's 327km lengh. Apparently, DB replaced 163km of track, thousands of sleepers etc, refurbished dozens of tunnels and only needed to close the line for a week! Take that HS2!
