    ehrenholt I am being forced to spend my time deleting your spam instead of answering your question, if you keep it up it will result in a temporary ban.

    All disk owners need to contact customer support to redeem a code for RT, however at the moment there is a delay in codes for ALL disk owners, the possible delay was explained by myself and customer support. It was also updated on the first page of this thread.

    Unfortunately I can't promise when you should expect your codes, however as customer support explained in their message, you will be contacted once there is a resolution.

    they are talking about a resolution for digital however, i can tell by the wording, can i put another ticket in??

    Doing that usually pushes you to the back of the queue in a support ticket system. Just be patient is all I can really say until they come up with a better solution for disc owners.

    Seriously thought the first time was a one off.so to have it happen a second time is....well mind blowing. DTG need to open dialogue with Microsoft and Sony so they are on the same page and can synchronise release dates and entitlements from day one so this doesn’t occur again. Certainly I can understand people being annoyed. Seeing all the preserved collection rolled out and not being able to use them only for new players who are prepared to pay.
    This is the crux of the problem. People see they are there, they have paid but can’t get them unless they decide to go into TSW 2020. Why should this be? The blame game is getting decidedly old hat so come on DTG sort you digital roll out of preserved collections sorted. Unfortunately the lines of communication, like with most BIG conglomerates, are decidedly lacking as it’s their platform and hold all the cards. Without a shadow of doubt I feel sorry for DTG having to work within the big powerhouses regime. I’m happy enough to wait a while as there is enough to master in TSW 2 at the moment but the goodwill, like many others, will eventually wane and then that means only one thing, loss of revenue as people decide to cut their losses and ditch the game. It’s happened many times before or Microsoft / Sony snap up the minnow only to amalgamate it into their own studios and then it becomes bye bye DTG.
    Anyway enough of the rambling and waffling I see light at the end of the tunnel........oh damn it’s a freight train!

    You really need to be patient as your not the only one who has had the problem and DTG are dealing with others aswell as you so just calm down and wait

    Cancel the stream, you are not the Pope that the world revolves around you, when you get it, you get it, same as me. Just cause you stream does not give you a higher importance than anyone else.

    Rapid Transit downloaded for me. I have pulled my clothes back on. I am ready to rip them back off when GWE comes out.

    Here in sunny UK still awaiting for the arrival of Rapid Transit, DB BR182, Main Spessart Hahn. The delay is due to leaves on the line. We are not currently aware of their location.

    Im in the UK myself and got Rapid Transit and MSB, I got MSB on Thursday and Rapid Transit yesterday, im on xbox one

    For waiting patiently and not crying like a baby, I just got my code for Xbox, submitted a ticket, No dramas. No issues, easy as.

    He lodged it before me :) I only lodged it 2 days ago :) so no complaining from me, life is too short, he must exhausted being so angry all the time.

    My apologies for not responding sooner, the plan is to get future disk DLC out the same way as this current fix, but I can't confirm that it will be in place for the next set of preserved collection just yet.

    ross.duncan35 Can confirm please contact customer support and submit a ticket for msb if you own the collectors edition disk, don't forget to include a picture of your box. If you've already submitted a ticket previously try again now, and please let me know if there is a long delay again.

    May I say I’m impressed with the response from DTG to the ongoing situation. Inside of 24 hours I had a response and code for rapid transit (downloading now I hope). I have been asked to prove how I obtained the other preserved locos and have sent photos from inside 2020 to use as proof as well as, if they want, to access my account to see the purchases. If more is needed I can obtain receipts from Microsoft.
    Seriously I do feel sorry for the people at DTG as well as all players. If I believed in superstitions I would say the game is jinxed. Let’s just hope the next preserved locos come out, update and play without hitch or hinderance.
    Superstitious no cynical yes that Microsoft store will once more screw it up and cause even more work for DTG.

    Thank-you DTG I respect the way you have reached out in response and how quickly you have resolved the issue.

    I don't think you can redeem the code if you are in a different region

    So lets say you live in the US & your buddy in the UK gives you an xbox gift card code & you try to redeem it. A meesage will pop up saying this code is from a different region & you can't redeem the gift card & that is why DTG support needs you to tell what region you are in
    (I don't know if this breaks forum rules saying this but oh well this isn't for malicious intent)

    Xbox is Region Free and we can change the Location without problems

    After the update to the new version of the game engine and the nessecery redownload of Rapid Transit, the PZB of the DB BR 442 Talent 2 EMU is stuck in the U mode Sith à Max speed of 105 km/h.
