So I was just driving the 19:33 service from Reading to London Paddington in the Class 166 and the emergency brakes applied out of nowhere shortly before Twyford station. There was no AWS or DSD alarm in the cab, I wasn't passing over a TPWS trigger in the track when it happened, and the next signal ahead of me was green. Basically the emergency brakes just applied for no reason. I think I heard something about this happening before the last update. Has anybody else seen this before?

Currently it appears that the DSD alarm is not playing any audio. Supposedly a known issue that'll be fixed, but for now, either turn off DSD on the 166, or just spam the DSD pedal a lot.

Wow, now that's pretty stupid. At least they know about it. Is it for all trains on that route or just the 166?

It's just the 166 that is affected.
