Currently working on making Metra's MP36+Heritage Units. Unfortunately Metra's logo is just about impossible to create without a lot of layers, and a lot more skill. If trainsimcz ever feels like adding the Metra logo (and maybe the RTA logo too) to their wonderful logo pack, then I'll probably finish this, but I don't have the skill required to make it out of shapes or to import a decal. Previous reply in this thread said that an svg was needed so I'v linked to one here if it's any help. https://metrarail.com/sites/all/themes/metra/logo-blue.svg
A couple more boxcars for SPG that I've been working on today. Not quite finished but both are just about getting there. An IBT/MD&W boxcar and an MD&W boxcar.
It isn't hard at all. It's the letters METRA and 2 bars slanted at the ends. The A also has one slanted bar. Wow still can't save a damn livery on this game. Been over a month now and the reply from dtg is "oh well, want to buy a new product?!"
...two livery variations for HBK locos, made with the good old Livery Designer tool. Of course imported realistic texture mods for PC also look great, but are not really handmade! By the way: thanks to its top speed of 160 km/h, the BR112 is ideal for use on MSB.
The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is rarely represented in TSW so here is the Dosto ( sadly not with high doors entry and the 146.5 is not available yet on the livery editor )
Lovely stuff, I've been meaning to create a bunch of different wagons in various states of branding and weathering, I don't like how uniform and 'clean' it is, it's like a model railway which is slightly too perfect to be realistic
A question for all you guys over the other side of the pond in the US…… So like I posted earlier I’m doing a couple of boxcars but I’m just wanting to clarify the markings for the railroads involved. So the two cars are the green ones I posted yesterday and what I’m trying to understand is which would be the older livery and which the newer? One is just marked up as MD&W in the green livery with the tree logo and the other is in the same green livery with the tree logo but with an IBT running number. Looking online I found the IBT was the forerunner of the MD&W so I would have thought the IBT marked car was older but that model is actually based on a video on YouTube from this last couple of years with a similar car in a train consist so now I’m confused. Anyone from the US able to confirm what the story is with these two? Below are the images I’ve used to work from showing the two livery variations…..
I did a quick google- and Wikipedia states that the name IDT is still used by the Canadian subsidiary of this company. So it may be that what you’re seeing is simply both a Canadian and American boxcar. This kind of thing is actually relatively common here in NA, with a lot of Canadian National’s US locos having “IC” or “GTW” reporting marks, as they are still registered under those companies, even though they operate under the CN brand. Hope that this isn’t too confusing, and is slightly helpful!
Ah ok. So they are both still in use today as reporting marks? I may add one more variant to make it a collection of three before putting them up on TSC.
With a little bit of black magic and developer console, I could run around with the Taurus, then removed the 101 from the track and coupled the Taurus to the IC cars.
There are couple ways i can do this to but not on any german route because those don't have flexible manual switching options.
Well...... The twin pack became a three pack....... and then I decided the three pack would became a four pack..... I think I'm happy with them now so I'll pop them on TSC in the next day or two.
Hello, I just wanted to do something like that, but how did you get those icons (buggies, first class stripes etc)? Thanks!
danaceks The bicycle is included in the icon set, the first class stripe is just a simple yellow rectangle

Another couple currently in the wagon shop....... BNSF Orange and KCS Yellow. I have another couple I may do too.
Is there anywhere where I can find a list of the liveries used by a Taurus? Seems like ÒBB has a lot of them
The advantage of german trains not spawning with your liveries: DoSto Cab Car cosplayed as a ViValto Cab Car (Trenitalia - Italy) Prototype:
Have Sandpatch custom liveries always appeared in Oakville Sub? Or is it something new? I don't think I've seen them used before? I hope that means when the Oakville stock gets added to Livery Designer we can use them on Sandpatch.
And another couple of autoracks that are currently in the "wagon shop". I really like the effect that having multiple choices of liveries for the game to pick from has in the game itself on block trains like the autorack trains. My autorack trains now usually have two or three custom liveries mixed in with the default CSX car making the train look more realistic IMO. The only thing I don't like about them is the area where the CSX text goes on the default car (And obviously where the real life cars have their RR logos) cannot be used. I still cling to the hope that this will/can be fixed at some point. I have a black CN version to start next as well as these four (BNSF Orange, KCS Yellow, KCS White & GT Blue) that are already coming along.
I just never noticed them before. Although I’ve got a lot more custom items now compared to when I last played on Oakville so that could explain it.
Well done and the easy way for Class 387 is getting BML then use this function to reskin Gatwick paint into Heathrow
