I've had the met line + S7 in my wishlist for as long as it's been available, could never justify buying it at full price and always had other priorities at sale times, now with the VDL phase 3 released I've been sorely tempted yet again to buy it, with the sale price and points I got it for 25 quid, that'll do me...
I know that... i was asking if RailTraction does discount/sales? Some websites do, others don't, and because i'm not familiar with RailTraction i don't know...
Must admit I was hoping western mainlines would be discounted as quite a few freeware routes rely on it.
The last two sales on Steam, theHalloween and this Black Friday sale, I have noticed that the discounts on products have been reduced. Many items that had a discount of 35% in the summer sale now only have a discount of 20%. Perhaps gone are the days of decent discounts.
I am holding out on one or two items. Better discounts may return in the Winter Sale next month. There are only one or two remaining items that are important from a Europe standpoint, and I always keep an eye on the best sales prices to pull the trigger on a buy.
As Cyclone says, if you can, wait until Xmas sale. The Xmas and Summer Sales are the best times to buy from Steam and Xmas sale *should* start Dec.22- Jan. 5--not far away
It seems to me that DTG are now slower to deep discount newer DLC. They are also discounting 3rd party stuff they publish less. Can't say I'm surprised.

Poor Sale, my wallet will stay firmly in my pocket. I am finding it very confusing trying to make sure routes I have purchased from Just Trains I do not duplicate. the same with Matrix coach sets I purchased years ago are now on sale from Steam. Mike
Make yourself a list of which Just Trains Routes you own so that does not happen I rarely buy a JT Route off Steam - those purchased direct have more scenarios and updates.

On their Facebook page where the sale was advertised it says "ALL add-ons available for purchase on www.bossmangames.co.uk" The Welsh Marches route is not for sale on their website. On Steam it has never been lower than 25% off.
I believe Peter is correct. I remember, when the branded version was being removed, that it was my most expensive route at the time, and I felt like I had to because I was concerned the route might not return. It turns out it was a good thing I did it even though it came back, though. Because even the EWS 66 got unbranded. The only branding that remained was the BMG livery.

It's a red light, with a small switch directly under it - the big red buttons are emergency stop and hazard lights on/off. It's easier to reference the manual, but sometimes it's fun just seeing how far you can get without it.

Not sure if I have done the right thing, but I have decided to wait for the Christmas Sale to purchase the Class 60.
It's a nice loco - never hurts to watch what you spend though, especially these days. Be great if we could up the quality & quantity of loco's shipped while lowering prices across the board. Smaller margins maybe, but happier customers.
No kidding. 25 pounds for a loco is insane when you consider the conversion to other currencies. And that's for one of many trains that might be used in a scenario. The model is just flawed to the point that swapping stock is an inevitable occurrence.
