I’ve been waiting for this route on Train Sim forever! Nitpicking alert, personally I’m a little bit disappointed it’s not set in the modern day but very happy nonetheless. If this can kick on from RSN in terms of quality then for me there might be light at the end of the TSW tunnel. Have to agree -- looking forward to any route UK, US or DE, that will allow one to service branch line industries - currently when it comes to freight - you have CSX HH and Ruhr-Seig which have freight that is either a straight through haul or moving cars from one classification yard to another. NEC does have a couple of services where you breakdown a train after arrival. I am hoping for a route where one could service several line-side industries in a run - dropping off and picking up. Don't get me wrong - the newly announced route sounds nice and I do like the era is represents- just looking for something more than another straight passenger slog.
