Not sure if it's possible but it would be great if we could get the Holyhead to Chester (and beyond) West Coast mainline in the UK.
Welcome to the forums, I hope you enjoy it here, I think Holyhead-Chester or Crewe could be doable but not all the way to London no no no , good suggestion though
Hello, Welcome to the forums. To start with you need to give more info about what you are suggesting, For example photo's, route length and what time period etc. Well done for starting a suggestion thread already.
The amount of people (including yours truly) who want Holyhead to Chester/Crewe is enought to tell DTG or a 3rd party company that we want that route. TBH, we have 2 scottish and around 10 english routes but no cymru routes, so I don't see what's stopping anyone from producing a Cymru route. welcome to the forums!
I secound what oakleymoss#1362 is saying the amount of suggestion for this line should convince dtg or a 3rd party to make it a route. Oh oakleymoss#1362 welsh/cymru just letting you know as some people don't like it being called wales and with the name possibly changing it's better to say cymru alongside wales/welsh. Also simon#8107 welcome to the forums hope you enjoy it.
This route (if done in the 80s) could be the best British route yet as it would have loads of layering an interesting timetable and beautiful BR Blue diesels. If done modern it would be incredibly dull as layering would be poor and due to lack of other train units the timetable would be dull and repetitive. Basically set it in BR Blue era and your onto an absolute winner mate!
I have to agree with Matt that this route would only be good if done in BR Blue era where our existing stock can layer in.
The proper name for the Route is North Wales Coast Line. Next time is my format for creating a route Contents Maps Description (route description voltage and train protection systems) Rolling Stock (comes included) DLC (includes layered trains somes cases train protection systems) Service Pattern Pictures Videos (also includes train announcements) Final Thoughts (why it should be made into the game)
OldVern is right it would be way better for the line to be during classical br blue. I remember doing a suggestion of this line during this period (link bottom of post) and it was popular so the line could be added. Also better to have it during the mid 80s as i've only found this recently but a full timetable has been recreated for the line (which I'll had to my suggestion) so it'll be easier for dovetail to add.
