So there was an update for TSW and I update it as soon as possible. However, when I did the game booted up and give me the slash screen and that's it. I know I posted help but I'm honestly running out of ideas on how to fix the issue . I tired contacting dovetail didn't go to well .

Hi Pennsy, Then please try uninstalling any Windows updates installed since you last had the game working to rule these out as the cause.
As nobody else is having a similar issue at this time it seems limited to your hardware/operating system so you may want to try repairing Windows once more using the steps in the guide we sent you previously or using system restore to go back to an earlier point when the game was running.
Then please ensure your hardware meets the games minimum requirements and that you have the latest version of all of your drivers installed and followed all of the steps in the guide linked to previously as you don't appear to have sent in a DxDiag for us to review.
