Road Map Train Sim World Roadmap - March 2023

They probably will have more details in future roadmaps. It was still very work in progress when we first saw it during the summit.

 

I suspect the latter, if the former happens it will be one of the most surprising events since the turn of the millenium.

Maybe they are adding in a proper passenger train for the Millers Dale branch.

 

And the 3D modelling team told to retrofit and paint a Class 45 to layer in as well.

 

There has been no mentions since it's further back in the pipeline.
Last roadmap, Dovetail was hyping up imminent releases - Steam pack, LRS, Niddertalbahn, MML. Peak Forest should be the next DTG route to release, so I would expect them starting to hype it up in the April roadmap, with an underwhelming release in late April/early May.

 

Very much so. As I have said these were more common than the Jubilees in '63.

 

It is still going to start in a ridiculous place which for me pretty much ruins the complete route. The only way I will be purchasing this save for any shocks, is if there is an authentic train for the Millers Dale shuttle or some very useful layering of the 4F onto SOS.

 

It does seem like an incredibly strange decision. This is going to be sale buy (if at all) for me unless we get the extension to Derby (I promise I'm not on medication!) or there is a Peak and, like you say, something authentic for the Millers Dale shuttle.
