I made the AP files to RAR files and also installed those updates from Train Sim Community so I could be able to play in 64-bit those routes which freezed.
This is what's validating: Update on: Montanta HiLine, Stevens Pass and Springfield. They will be redownloaded and include the signal script fixes I suppose. (Interestingly only for public and not for public_beta)
Spikee1975 DTG Jamie My update was reported as 75 MB so I did a quick verification. All is well with the three routes, but a lot of save files have been delivered: Yes, they really are all fresh:
They've checked the scenarios and forgot to delete their savegames. Not an issue. You'll overwrite them yourself eventually And everyone's update size depends on their DLC installed.
I just tried loading Montana Hi-Line, but it never loads. Gave up after 10 minutes. Can someone please confirm whether it is still broken?
If you're on the beta you'll have to wait - the fixed HiLine, Springfield and StevensPass only went out for the Stable version. Update for the beta should be out soon. Explanation here: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/public-beta-build-75-6a.74756/
GNTX/StevensPass just got updated on my game. Peeking into the .pak, only 3 signal scripts seem to have been updated. And DTG's QA took their time, since the updated files are stamped August 2023?
I meant the live version, haven't dowloaded the beta yet. It's just strange it's not loading, as I though this was the issue they had fixed (it stopped working when the core update happened).
You may need to restart Steam, or just go to the Downloads UI (usually at the bottom) to check what's going on. Steam throttles downloads, but you can request to start it. (On my new PC, though, while I can run the copy from this PC, Steam cannot handle it and I seem to need a clean install. You may have a similar issue.)
