RPMDelta (sound system) does not work at all :
According to the devdocs it's independent to scripts and blueprints. It's values should vary between 0 and 1 ( or better between -1 and +1, I do not remember at the moment).
    Setting a curve with 3 values :
-0.1/-1 0/0 0.1/-1 results in no sound (as expected)
-0.1/-1 0/1 0.1/-1 gives always sound, even when RPM increases or decreases, with one exception : shortly after moving the regulator up sound fades shortly.
All other trials with 1st x-value below and the 4rd x-value above the 2nd value result in no sound - THERE should be sound.
    It should be max at these curves : 0.9/-1 1/1 1.1/-1 and -0.9/-1 -1/1 -1.1/-1 - but nothing !
I suggest not to change the old RPMDelta by principle, just to fix this fading when you move the regulator upwards. Otherwise hundreds of old sound settings will no more work.
Instead I would introduce a new ControllerName like "RPMchange" which works like intended.

Why post a load of technical stuff without any explanation to your post or how it affects TSC?
    Are you talking about TSW?

It's a TS blueprint ControlValue. Though I'm also confused about if anything is not working? Had no sound issues.

Two of the previous posts from the OP are about TSW

Ok, checked it with the startoption "-ShowControlStateDialog".
Rising the trottle from N0 (or Idle) to N1 shows just a very short reaction : RPMDelta goes up for about 0.2 sec. When you throttle up from Idle to full throttle (N8 in american locos) it is the same !
RPMDelta should be up the whole time as long as the RPM increases.
Like that RPMDelta is really useless.
@749006 : People who know RPMDelta do not need an explanation.
My post only addresses the DTG development team. I know of no other source of contact since DTG was taken over.

And you think the DTG Development team read the posts on this forum?

If there is a problem with the RPMDelta you could fill in a report and hope it gets to the correct department

120 Not sure what you mean by "since DTG was taken over" - nothing has changed. Support is the same (top right link), and the forums are.

Give them examples (the loco you are referring to, which game version (v75.8a / v77.1 beta) you are experiencing these issues, and a scenario to reproduce the presumed bug).
