PC Tsw4 Enhancement | Lighting & Graphic Enhancement V4.7 (inc Lossless Scaling Guide)

I am full in now! I had God Mode and one of your earlier Ini files, but my FPS was 15-20 at Frankfurt. So, I loaded the latest version of this, fired up Frankfurt Fulda (FFA?) and not only does it look better, but I have 25-30 FPS now. Awesome. Thank you!

 

I hope to have the TSW5 version out in the next couple of days. In my opinion it’s a vast improvement and probably about as far as I can go with it in terms of the visuals. It’s taken a lot of work and trial and error to get here but I think it’s definitely been worth it.

 

Been using 4.7.1 as soon as I saw Godmode for TSW5 was out, but looking forward to the new version. Your work is, as always, much appreciated.

 

The base package (Ultra) is complete. I'll start this morning compiling the various other pre-sets, editing the manual etc which is the bit I'm dreading. A few screenshots in the meantime...

I have been using your excellent mod with VR. For any VR users out there who might have issues I was struggling with, I removed the AmbientOcclusion/GTAO lines near the bottom for each track. With these lines included in the original .sav I was getting really weird shadow effects (trackside objects would just be grey, signs would be grey/black and unreadable all the AI trains would be almost black).

Having removed these lines VR now looks fantastic, and the performance is also good (I'm using the ultra settings within the sim and the High presets from JetWash).

Having said that, I got the first couple of CTDs on the new Frankfurt/Fulda route, but only in the 411. I had been using the Semmeringbahn presets with this route which made it look quite good, but it does have a fair bit of stuttering, even on the fourth and fifth run down the route (so the Nvidia cache should have been built up by now).

Yeah it will... Use for the Kinzigtalbahn the KWG preset from the Jetwash mod

 

Awesome, I tried to do a run on San bernardino but couldn't find my sun glasses. The light is way too intense.
