I've recently reinstalled Train Sim on a new laptop, and after the base game/addons were installed, I copied and pasted all the remaining folders over from my old laptop.

Today I opened up one of my own routes to make some changes and make a scenario, it all went fine and the scenario loaded once completed. However when I went out of the game and later went back in, opening the route itself just permanently freezes while loading, and if loading the scenario, this error comes up.

I have looked all over for the file directory that is shown, however it is not there at all on either laptop. I would get if this happened right from the start, as there would obviously be something missing, however the fact that it worked the first time then broke after that confuses me. Any help would be appreciated!

    Shaders are located in ..\RailWorks\dev\Shaders
Check if the file is there, if not verify installation on Steam.

I don't believe I do. However I can install them now if it would make a difference?

The file is there, all of them appear to be.

So you think if you install a file that Causes problems it would be ok?

You don't seem ably to read posts.
Adding item X WILL Cause a Problem - and the way to solve it is REMOVE item X
But you think it might be a good idea to ADD Item X?

    Good luck with that

Oh my mistake, completely read it wrong initially I apologize!
The problem is, I can't remove item X since it wasn't there to begin with.

So you don't have X - it is not a problem then.

Did you read the reply in post #3 - it gives you the Answer.

Maybe you did not copy that folder to your laptop?
