PC Dark Mode

So I booted up the game and... did I miss something about Dark Mode ?

 

There is a PC mod that will give you dark mode but I haven't heard anything about it being officially in the game yet.

 

There’s already a thread about the Dark Mod for TSW 7.
You’d see there that there was a Version 1, and now Version 2 has been released.

I think people are missing the fact a few people online have now said they have suddenly got dark menus WITHOUT having the mod installed.

 

That can’t actually be right, as there haven’t been any updates today.
Do you play ToffeeKat on your PC?

 

Is that just that the background image is missing rather than a dark mode?

 

I play on PC, but have not downloaded any mods for TSW7 yet.

 

ToffeeKat, have you changed anything else in TSW 7?
Because, as stujoy says, it looks as though something is missing in the areas where everything is pitch black.

Because in the Dark Mod, what you call ‘jet black’ is actually more of a dark grey and still has that pitted appearance.

 

I’ve seen other posts on TSW groups on FB showing screen shots of the same issue people are having so looks to be a bug.
