Preserved Collection 2 Is Not Showing

I own Ruhr Sieg Nord and Long Island Rail Road in TSW 2020 but can’t download it for free in TSW 2 when I looked for Add ons, it’s only Show in Microsoft store for full price

 

Me To and i have RSN And the 155 and need 35 € to pay!

 

Where is DTG Natster or DTG Protagonist when we need them to fixed this shortly

 

Same here. I have RSN, LIRR, TV and the 155. Hope that will be solved quickly.

 

Can you see them from the store page within TSW2 though? (rather than looking in the Xbox store).

There is nothing to installed for free like Peninsula Corridor on Release Date, it’s only in the Microsoft store to buy

 

DB628 its the same at my Xbox. With the 155 and RSN

You sure it's available? All I see is TSW2020 versions. The store will update later on in the day, not always at midnight.

Ok, I see them TSW2 add-ons now. There may just be a slight delay with the licenses update. Or they messed up something.

Couldn't agree more - waited up until midnight and have to get up for work at 6am. It will be bugging me all day tomorrow

 

Possible IRIC when TSW2 was released the discount for those who OWNED TSW2020 didn't appear until later in the day

It's very unprofessional of Dovetail to release updated addons for a new game that ain't obtainable.

Wow, some people are seriously impatient, granted some of you are in other countries, but god it been live for minutes and your already getting bit angry and salty, you people will never be satisfied with anything, it's almost comical reading this thread.

 

I downloaded all my add ons just fine on PSN. It says they cost money but if you actually check the add ons you own they are free.

I ended up sleeping on it and getting the discount later that day. For all you who were staying up, your frustration is only amplified seeing these items showing prices in the store when it should be letting you install them.

 

We need TrainSim-Matt finally back after his holidays to control the things before anything goes online

 

digital dlc will show up for free download but if you own any routes on disc you need a code from support,not sure if this is the case on xbox but what required on ps4

 

I have digital buying the Collectors Edition from TSW 2020

 

I’m having same problems. I own RSN, TVL, LIRR, Class 31, 20, BR 155 and LIRR M3. Ownership is there for TSW 2020 but not there for TSW2.

 

must be an xbox problem as all digital dlc showed up for free,only my routes on disc show up full price until i enter codes.this is on ps4.

 

When the DLC is up in the store, yet the in-game store has no listing for it, nor does the game have the achievements for said DLC, then yes, that's a problem.

So it's 3am, the Xbox store is showing all preserved routes available, but it doesn't register if you've already bought them in TSW2020. Would suspect they aren't actually configured properly on the Xbox server side. This contradicts what happened with TSW2 launch, where the routes "auto discounted" when moving through the store process, so something's gone squiffy somewhere.

 

I find it very ironic that the M3 is in this preserved collection set & there is something wrong with the MS store. When the M3 first came out it had problems in the MS store. Coincidence? But really come on man how could you mess this up so bad. I mean I have a hour left until midnight I hope it won't affect me. But I'll be patient

 

Same here, I own all add ons for this batch on preserved collection, apart from the M3. Hopefully it will be fixed in the morning

is there something that is wrong between DTG and MS cos it's the 3rd time now,

 

Hope DTG want work fast in the morning to fixed this issue and give us our DLCs for free to download.

I was thinking this too. Of the last four releases, three have had issues on xbox. It's starting to become more than coincidence...

 

We need a new/preserved collection release manager.

 

I’m also having the issue on PlayStation:
Tried to check for updates for the game itself,
Went into the store nothing new there,
Tried restarting a few times, but to no avail.
Will try again later. Hopefully it will be on there by then.

 

Still nothing for me. All showing prices when it should be showing owned. Think around midday the Xbox store updates again so I'll check back then. I also have these add-ons installed for TSW2020 and hope they don't uninstall again like the previous ones (when installing TSW2 versions).

No achievements also. So if I start it, get all collectibles in RSN, I bet it won't unlock the achievements retroactively.

This early on I don't think it is worth raising a ticket if all users are affected.

 

I have the same problem, RSN only can be downloaded in microsoft store if you pay for it. Hopefully they fix this quickly, no ingame downloads still available.

 

Yeh I'm on xbox, tees valley etc showing In microsoft store with prices. If you go into the game itselfs store theres nothing though. And manage game and add ons theres nothing. Hopefully sorts out soon.

 

I have already complained in 2 other threads about this,It will be interesting to hear what sam aka cornel failure has to say about this,i will be surprised if he can keep up his defense of dtg without feeling sick for having to do it repeatedly everytime they botch another release of there work.

It is Thursday, and it's been showing on the Store since midnight, it just seems that the game itself is failing to recognise the add-ons, or be updated with the achievements, and the Store doesn't recognise it as being previously owned.
