Preserved Collection 2 Is Not Showing

    Unfortunately this is a known issue, where if you have the ECW downloaded as your example on one game, say TSW2020 and you then download it on TSW2 it will automatically uninstall it on the other game and vice versa. You do still own it on both games, but you are currently unable to have it installed on both simultaneously.
    (I have also edited your original post slightly to remove the inappropriate language in the abbreviation)

    DTG Natster when can we Finally play and installed Ruhr Sieg Nord and the other preserved collection phase 2 DLCs on Xbox for free?

    I can't give you a guaranteed time I'm afraid but I can confirm it is still being looked into.
    We're in contact with Microsoft who are hoping to have the update pushed through soon.

    Some replies here are really weird. Your all saying there is showing nothing. For me,its showing up as routes I own for trian sim world . I don't own northern trans-pennine or the German one (I am not gonna type that long name here) and yet its installing both for the Train sim world....

    Unless you're Ubisoft. You get a sale every other week...but I guess big publishers pay a premium for more sales opportunities. It would be great if Dovetail could time preserved collection releases with a sale on TSW2020 versions. A little saving is always appreciated.

    Those are included in TSW2020/CE or you have Game Pass.

    That's TSW not TSW2 & we are talking about the preserved collection phase II so thats why you might be confused

    Okay, while trying find and install the preserved collection 2 for TSW 2, I am somehow now installing Routes I have never owned nor played for TSW...

    Same problem here. Also, I've uninstalled Ruhr Sieg Nord on TSW2020 but it still says I don't own it for TSW2.

    I do have a question though. Could associating our Dovetail Live account with our Microsoft account have anything to do with this. TSW2 does ask if you want to associate your Microsoft account with your Dovetail Live account when you start the game for "faster login". I'd rather not associate my Microsoft account with my Dovetail Live account tbh. Certainly not for a faster login when the game can save your Dovetail Live account details anyway. Whether this has any relevance on what routes you own and should be able to access though, I've no idea.

    The post literally says they can't give a time frame........ what's the point in asking the same question over and over again.

    Ha, well normally should install unless something got paused/cancelled.

    It will be checking for previous purchase on your Microsoft Account to determine ownership of the TSW2 version.

    Reading this thread is like watching the fall of humanity, you have the brave souls fighting to the bitter end trying to make it all work, but the impatient zombie hoard slowly overcomes them, really should make a game out of this, Dovetail you can have that idea for free lol I've got tons of them lol.

    I'm not holding out hope on them getting an update pushed through and released today to fix the issue. Unless it's again a stalled title update that Microsoft forgot to release.

    Go to the Xbox.com Support website and request a refund dude. Explain you already own it on TSW2020 and they'll fire that money back!

    They have said that they are pushing microsoft to put an update through soon so that the problem will be fixed.

    This is the major issue in communication. There should be a sticked thread confirming the problem, alongside with a rough estimate for resolution (today, tomorrow, Christmas)...

    Apparently it's sorted DTG end and waiting on Microsoft. Seeing as there is also an issue Microsoft's side. Should they not be communicating too, maybe? It's their store after all.

    Seems a little harsh that DGT are getting all the flack for it, when no one knows what has caused the problem in the first place.

    As I've said, they'd get a lot less flack if there was a proper stickied thread saying:

    It's not rocket science. Until they do this, they'll get flack, as the current scattered approach to replies doesn't appease anyone

    Yeah sticky thread would help. But you'll still get people who just wont bother to read it. I've seen a few threads today regarding the problem. Within the thread it clearly explains the problem, and that there is a resolution being worked on. Yet within the very same thread, there are still posts asking why they have to pay again......

    Same message on Xbox Assist. Could very well be affecting Xbox One.

    Edit: nvm nothing to do with this situation...it is to do with the Xbox (Beta) app not installing on Windows 10.

    ehrenholt No need to tag more members of staff after I've answered your questions, they won't be able to give you anymore information than I already have.

    We've tracked down the problem on the Xbox store that's holding things up and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.
