Activation Key Problem

Ok so I bought West Somerset Railway but when I try and use the key I get an error telling me I have it and closes down.
How Can I get around this?

I ment to add its through 3rd party but they are taking forever to fix it. Would Dovetail be willing to help?

 

If it was not bought from Dovetail not sure how much they can help out. If you bought the key from elsewhere you will have to rely on that companies help.

 

This is what I thought im hoping for the best but keeping expectations realistic.

 

If it says you already have it check your DLC list and see if it's listed. If it is, you can then download it. If it's not, or there's a different message you might need to go to the retailer you purchased from.

 

Its not on my DLC list but when I enter the key it says it is and wont DL I was hoping there was going to be a quick fix one of you guys knew.

 

Just for the sake of sanity, you're checking TSW 2020, rather than TSW2 right?

sounds like it is on your account then. On your list of games right click on TSW2020 and select properties from the menu that opens. Then in the properties window click the DLC tab, see if it is listed there and make sure the box next to it is ticked.

 

Thats the crazy thing its not there either
