I finally got to download the next preserved collection on XBOX and now I can't use them. The microsoft store and the "manage games and add-ons" both say that they're installed, but the in-game store doesn't, and they don't show up to use. Ive quit and restarted the game 5 times
Almost the same here. I've got it working once, then quit the game and turned off the console. A few minutes ago I started up my console again and the game and now the DLCs don't show up in the menu anymore.
So...I just set my console Location and Language to UK (English) just to try it. (Normally everything is on German for me) And now I see every of my Routes in the Menu...It just works. (At least for me) Seriously, what the hell?!
This is still not fixed? I can now download owned DLC, and they show as installed under "Manage Game Add Ons", but do not show up in the in-game menu.
In Australia also and still not working either. We can fly rockets to the moon but can’t get simple downloads happening.
Same problem in Sweden, can dowload but the routes don't show Up in the games unless I use UK as location.
The same problem occurs for me. Two preserved routes (Ruhr-Sieg Nord and Long Island Rail Road) are installed on the console but they don't show up in the game. Also, the in-game store displays them as if I didn't own them. - No original TSW 2020 content is installed in my console. Only TSW 2. - Power cycling the console doesn't help. - Reinstalling the game + all DLC doesn't help. - Reinstalling only the Preserved Collection routes doesn't help. - Trying to "refresh the licence" by clicking on the content on the Microsoft Store website and sending it to my console doesn't help (doesn't do anything actually). I attached some screenshots from my console so you can see how it looks.
Good morning all, first I want to let you all know this is already being looked into, you've all been really patient over the weekend so thank you. I will be keeping an eye on this myself, and I will update you once I have more information.
Unfortunately not, I also can't give you a guaranteed time when this will get fixed, but it is being looked into.
Om the stream for the route map they mentions that the fix for the missing preserved routes is coming
Well, the thread that I was following is now locked. Tech support does not even bother acknowledging my tickets after waiting a week, and I still cannot play most of the Preserved Collection II. I am in Australia and the only way I can play is by setting my Xbox to UK location. No matter what Microsoft are telling DTG, it is NOT working for me.
Here in New Zealand still don't have TVL and either the class 20 and 31 . I have a ticket open over a week now with no response.
I got an answer to my support ticket from the support that it was fixed n Sweden, Australia and New Zeeland today but I still miss TVL and all extra locos.
I checked my xbox two hours ago. TVL not there still. I submitted a ticket and will check again in s hour.
For those of you on this post who are unaware, I went naked a week ago in protest over this issue. It has been a hell of a week.
Just checked again just then. No TVL route available. However, if I change my location to UK on the Xbox, the route appears. So issue certainly is not fixed in the land down under. Can someone on Xbox in the UK change their location to Australia to test this? Wonder if TVL remains active on your account.
Sadly the way this has been handled is terrible once again. Tickets have been taken over a week to get answered, so they should have used one of the three community managers to post a proper update. Instead they've locked the thread and fobbed people off...
Hi everyone, for those of you still having trouble with the download, please see the last post in this thread for the most recent information.
I know this may go through as a silly advice but everyone, please make sure you completely restart the console before checking again (turn off "Instant-On" mode if necessary). My licences activated upon starting the console from scratch. So it's possible that even though the issue is fixed, you won't see it until you completely restart the system.
I rather suspect that almost everyone has already seen that post. And many will have contacted tech support. I contacted them 10 days ago and have yet to even get an acknowledgment, let alone an actual reply. The point is, whatever Microsoft claims, we do NOT get to play these Preserved Collections. Hence, SOMETHING is wrong somewhere since it works fine in the UK. It may well be that DTG can do nothing more, but it would be good to know that that is case rather than locking a thread and asking us to do something that most have already done.
