Missing Preserved Collection Dlc On Xbox

I do not understand why the thread dedicated to the preserved collection was locked.
It allowed me to have news about the fix advancement and to know if I was the only one to have problems in France. Now I can't anymore.
I have contacted support and received a generic mail telling me I will have an answer in 7-10 days.

In my game the following DLCs I own appear as not purchased and I can't play them:
-Tees Valley Line
- BR 155
- BR 31
- Class 33
