We are aware of issues with the Rapid Transit preserved collection download some people are experiencing on console. This is already being investigated, we will update you when we have more information, thank you for your patience. **Update: Issues with rapid transit purchase through the TSW Digital Upgrade have been fixed. We are still working on resolving problems for disk owners, please read this thread if your collection is on disk.
No problem, good to know you are aware of it, I'll patiently wait for some updates, if it could be helpful I'm having that problem having bought TSW and then TSW Upgrade (with RT and NEC)

I’m good on xbox although i had to log out of my I’d and the game and back in for everything to sort itself out. The new stuff still isnt showing up in the in game store though.
Thank you. In technical support a few of us got the TSW founder's edition digital deluxe upgrade pack containing RT...this did not give us ownership of the TSW2 version. I see some people have got it possibly from getting it as a standalone add-on (the one available for TSW2020 currently).
Hey Natalie I also own RT for TSW 2020 but it doesn't recognise owning it already. I'll be glad when all this preserved collection is all done with every time I have problems with preserved collection installing on my xbox
I’ve never been involved in a community which is so flawed and sloppy in releasing games. 2nd time and still cannot learn from the first mistakes. Just cancel all the rest of preserved and release when it’s all done. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.
So were you able to download it from the Store fine, or are you saying that after logging out and back in to Dovetail Live that you were able to get it only? Just a bit confused, because for me, it's listed on the Store as being £24.99, when I already own it in TSW2020.
I highly suspect the issue its related to this: https://live.dovetailgames.com/live...729.526111202.1596776941-924493340.1596473663 For people who bought TSW Founder Edition (on March 2018) and successively (on July 2018) the Digital Deluxe Upgrade with Rapid Transit and New York NEC, Microsoft store don't recognize Rapid Transit (Preserved Collection/Version for TSW2) as part of TSW2 package. I remember we paid 40 euro/dollars for TSW Founder Edition (GWE route only, the link above) and successively 18 euro/dollars for the Digital Deluxe Upgrade (40+18=48 euro/dollars). These first three routes successively (on late July 2018?) has become the first TSW bundle (GWE, RT and NY NEC) on console. Why Microsoft store don't recognize our "version" of RT? Because we paid the Digital Deluxe Upgrade at a promotional discounted price. Also if it was not a real discount on the final product because we previously paid 40 euro/dollars for GWE only (the TSW Founder Edition). I suppose the same price successively people paid for the first TSW bundle (in late 2018), before LIRR and Main Spessart Bahn releases (second bundle) before TSW 2020 release (third bundle). But Microsoft don't know that.
I brought the original TSW when it came to Xbox followed by the deluxe upgrade when it was officially released to get Rapid Transit and NEC. The only reason I brought TSW 2 was they said our routes we owned will be coming over. If that's not the case now and I have to buy them all again I feel completely ripped off to be honest.... it doesn't matter how we obtained the routes be it via a bundle or separately the case is we own them regardless so that should be acknowledged aswell....... its been nothing but issue after issue since TSW 2 came out!!!
You don't have to buy anything again, it's just Dovetail doing what they do best, fluffing up. Have patience, it will be fixed in due course, could be a few hours, a few days, maybe a week or more, but it will eventually go free.
I bought MSB and RT awhile ago so I get them as part of preserved MSB is installing but not RT is that what the issue is?
I don't have any updates for you yet I'm afraid, I would like to thank you again for your continued patience. As for those of you who are unsure if you will be required to pay a second time, if you have previously purchased the DLC it should be carried over as part of the preserved collection. If you are currently unable to download the content you have previously purchased or you are being prompted to buy them again this is the issue we are working to resolve.

I have TSW 1 on Disc from 2018, so I contacted customer support, as Sam mentioned we would have to on the stream on Thursday. But they are telling me now, that I need no download code but we should just wait until this current problem is fixed. I even send a picture of my game to the customer support as piece of evidence. But how should my Microsoft Xbox account know, that I have the disc version of Rapid Transit and therefore let me download it for free? I am totally confused now. :-/ I really like DTG but I am just confused now, don't know what to do or what is the right thing to do. I think I just have to wait and maybe ask again in a couple of days.

I was told the same and like you I don't think it will work unless they issue everyone with a free download code ;-)
Why is it they issue a specific fix for a specific instance and others go "Well that doesn't apply to ME, what do I do?" The obvious answer is wait and they'll get to your specific issue. Because different people got licenses through different means that means different fixes will apply

So, I will ask again, I KNOW that says Collectors, BUT I dont think you expcted any OLD disk owners, I am asking support anyway
