I know but i pay for a game thats so glicht and full of bugs and pay for a route thats in the first game, since day one and then i summit a ticket 2 hours ago and need to, wait 10 for a answers. Why not then for all
DTG Natster I was collectors only for PENINSULA CORIDOR cos that was only on 1 disk version, BUT MSB AND RAPID transit are on lots of disks, change what support need to do
I got RT digitally on xbox for tsw 2020, still wsiting now for tsw 2. Might join in this protest, im actually dreading when preserved 4 comes out..
I just have a question is any one having problems with MSB showing up? It seems like I can't download it

As mentioned in my previous post we are still waiting to hear back from Microsoft for those of you still experiencing problems with the preserved collection download, so we don't have much to update you with right now. It is unlikely this will be resolved before this weekend. We aware this is very frustrating, and thank you once again for being so patient.
Just as a question, why arent support giving codes for theese disks, they have MSB or Rapid Transit or BOTH on them DTG Natster

This is a response from customer service Thank you for getting in contact regarding Rapid Transit on Xbox One. If your ownership of the Rapid Transit add-on is through a digital purchase then you should be automatically entitled to download this add-on for free on Xbox One. Could you go through the following steps to install Rapid Transit and let me know how you get on, please? Xbox Power Cycle Press and hold the [Xbox] button on the front of the console for 10 seconds. Unplug the console's power cable and wait for 10 seconds. Plug the power cable back in and turn the console back on by pressing the [Xbox] button again. Check the Downloads Queue From the Home screen, scroll to the right and press [A] to navigate to the My games and apps menu. Navigate to Queue to see if the download and installation are complete. Reinstall an add-on From the Home screen, scroll to the right and press [A] to navigate to the My games and apps menu. Navigate to Train Sim World and press [Menu]. Select Manage game. From the Ready to install column, select the add-on to begin the download.

Waiting to see how this all plays out, i own literally everything on TSW1 and have never had a disk, day 1 founders edition with only GWE and last time I checked this morning RT was not available in my manage game for TSW2, so just keeping overwatch on the thread to see if people in my position have got access yet.
I have it on digital and I've tried all the steps, also the store is still asking me to pay £24.99 for it. So its an issue there end not ours. This exact thing happened with preserved collection 1 & 2 and im sure will happen with GWR aswell when thats released
Always amuses me when you are told to power down the console and not only that, remove the power cord. How this affects a download I’m not quite sure
I have TSW 2020 and TSW 2 digital versions on Xbox, Rapid Transit is not showing up in my Ready to Install list for TSW 2. I own RT from TSW 2020.
Yes That's like walking into a doctor's surgery, saying "I have red spots, I got that cream for red spots last time so I should get that cream for red spots this time" Doesn't matter than the cause, diagnosis and prognosis may be different... In this instance a CE owner got their DLC license through one mechanism, other mechanisms may require different fixes so whilst I presume it's galling to you that you (or some other people) haven't had their issue fixed yet, to oversimplify it is pointless
Maybe consider launching future preserved collections on a Monday, gives you the rest of the week to sort out all of the inevitable problems that way.
It clears the system cache, although nine times out of ten, achieves absolutely nothing. A simple reboot is usually enough to prompt any game or system updates, this is just a stock response that all customer services insist you go through.
Thats a usual response from Microsoft i know well as im a former Microsoft games tester employee and it doesnt make any difference, Its just a lazy way of we dont want to help
Guys, could you please tell Support via your messages that the Microsoft Store doesn't recognize our licences? Power cycling the console and such does not help, it doesn't take us closer to the solution if they keep advising such generic methods. No, the content is not recognized. We own Rapid Transit for TSW 2020, it can be checked in the Store, but still, we don't have the ownership licence for the TSW 2 version. It's basically the same error that occured last time with Ruhr-Sieg Nord and Long Island Rail Road (and all the rest). Let's get over this "restart your console" thing because it's not helpful. You're also free to use this screenshot of the two DLC packs, one showing ownership while the other not. I assume it looks the same for every digital customer.
You have been asked to be patient they are working with Microsoft to fix it how about actually letting them get on and fix it rather than bombard support with questions you know the answer too!!!!
That is why I directed my post to people who are already in contact with Support. I won't open an unnecessary ticket myself as I know it's not needed. But those people are getting useless advice and with additional information they can help moving the solution forward.
Can I get Rapid Transit for free on Xbox please? I have own the original TSW game on PS4 but I have left Sony this Year and come to the Microsoft Family
I don't understand... this thread is such a mess... 1st) a guy contacted support and got RT, did he have the disk version? 2nd) I bought the digitial version of the TSW Upgrade, do I have to contact support to get the activation code or do I have to wait for DTG to fix the bug? For reference those are my two orders.
You do not have to contact Support. Only those who have the Deluxe Edition on disc. If you have it digitally then it will be fixed automatically some time in the future. You don't have to do anything, only wait.
