Awesome and excellent idea. That would be a perfect route add-on to Train Sim World 2.

That is what I meant, the Brighton Mainline from London Victoria to Brighton. However, it could go from London Bridge too. Well, I don’t really mind.

I completely agree! Hopefully they include the Thameslink Class 700 and the 387.

It would be good to see newer models of the class 377 - for example the 3 and 5 car variants that operate more local services along the 455’s. If the route had a branch to London Victoria I’d love to see ex Gatwick Express class 442s as well

if DTG created this route in tsw2 I don't think we would get the line to london victoria since the line from london bridge to Brighton is 50 miles long, it would be good though

I'd love both, but if I could choose only one, I think I would prefer Victoria to Brighton as that is the main line for Victoria, whereas London Bridge also serves a lot of Southeastern routes. I'd also love an update of the South London Network for TSW2, but that's a slightly different proposition

Personally it sounds like another tedious repeat of East Coastway and with SEHS and IOW that’s 3 third rail routes in the south of England we’ve got now. There’s so much more elsewhere to explore.

However I still think it will sell well and with one of the main devs wanting it I could see it happening.
If they modelled it in a earlier period where the trains take some skill to drive, maybe 70’s or 80’s then that would make it more enticing.

Yeah, I love both stations, but if I chose one, it would be London Victoria. Hope this route London Victoria to Brighton will added in the future. Excellent idea, by the way.

No, it would, how come dtg have done LGV and Sehs, both of which are over 50 miles long
Also loads of players have already suggested this route
Many players prefer this route if it were to also go to Lewes and join up to east coastway

I think that it would be great for the UK to get a line where it can make use of layers, and with the Southeastern 375 & 465, this line would be great.

With the UK we probably are going to see clusters of routes from the same region, IF Dovetail want to pursue UK layers, which a lot of people want.

Obviously there’s the issue that people may not want South of England being the only area covered, but unfortunately focusing on one region at a time may be one of the fastest ways to get the UK content on par with German content in regards to traffic and gameplay.

Yeh if we get some decent layers that changes things a bit.

I adore the German routes as they feel so alive with the layers.

BML is a nice proposition, I'd prefer it from Victoria which is where it is more widely known to be from

I would say that the route could be packaged with a 377/1 variant so that we have variation and it isn't exactly the same train, but quite similar. Would be good to see the Thank you NHS livery like Trainbow. A class 387/2 would be excellent in the pack because it adds livery variation and Gatwick Express trains, although this would need more work as it is a very different model. But 700 would be kind of important considering Thameslink trains make up the vast majority of the timetable and there is no stock that can fill their space. However, the dispatcher may not cope with the 400 odd services each day through East Croydon. Cuts would have to be made to the timetable.
