So I installed some train .rwp files so I could have portuguese and spanish trains but I can't compose them on the creator since it shows a coupeling issue, I really need to solve that to play. Help!
Try coupling some of the trains from DTG If that works then it is a problem with the CP/Renfe Add-on If you cannot couple anything in the Consist Creator then you need to report the problem to DTG https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/reporting-a-technical-issue.31193/ Peter
So I can couple the DTG trains and wagons, but any addon I try to couple I just can't, even the new and updated addons from Railsim.es (place where I got the Renfe/CP trains) and even addons from other sites (for example some japanese routes and trains I downloaded)[/QUOTE]
There's an option called something like universal coupling in the settings. Might that be helpful? Just looked this up- Gameplay/Allow all coupling.
I'm not suggesting you buy anything else If you have bought TS2021 then it comes with three routes and trains - you can not buy the game without trains I was suggesting you try making a consist with what was included with the game Another problem might be the intermediate carriage might be facing the wrong way so you click on the Flip button
I did flip the carriage and nothing happend, the engine turns to the wrong way and the same thing with the Corail carriages I added. I can't literally consist anything.
I'l try it! Update: It only works for ingame carriages, for example, coupling two different carriages and stuff, doesn't do anything for the consist editor I searched it online and I didn't find anything too.
The Corail stock does not come with the game - So try coupling trains that do come with the game. If you can do that then there is nothing wrong with the game but the stock you are trying to couple
You don't need to create a consist in this part of the editor to use them in the game - only in Quick Drive. To change the stock in a Quick Drive do this Go to Quick Drive, chose any single loco and the route you want When the Scenario loads push Pause then World Editor > Scenario Editor Move the loco from where it is to the next track the put the train you want in it's place Lastly move the Driver and Instruction Icon from the loco that loaded to the train you placed Finally Delete the original loco then press Play As it starts then Push Pause > Restart Sometimes the signals and AI get confused so restarting the scenario helps and you still have the new train Peter
You need to select the RS_Spain Folder and the Loco Icon for the Motor Cars, the Wagon Icon for the centre cars
In Scenario Editor On the Left Hand side Click on the Blue Box with Orange arrow and the Menu on the RH Side pops up On the Right Hand side select RS_Spain then Tick Rail Vehicles Those you have installed will appear in the Pick list on the left with the Driving Coaches in the Locos and the middle coach in Wagons Peter
