It seems that if you use lots of external camera's the sound of the MBTA's cars clicking and clacking over the tracks disappears. So when you go from 0 to say 20 or so miles an hour, the cars are just silent. A lot of the audio in this route seems absent or to quiet, like in the 2 CAT cab, which could be another problem by using external cameras. Although the sound of the bright lights in the cab car are brutal, even if this is accurate, it should not be that loud, high pitched ringing sound for the whole trip just isn't very good and gets very annoying.

Add ontop of that the glitched looping sounds every 5 minutes. I mean sure, just have to reset Sfx sound 100 times or so per run.
This surely must be top priority for a fix, its basicly you're basic game sounds lol

Ya there is so many sound loop problems it's ridiculous, and they said they've fixed it but no, it happens every time you play

This was addressed on the stream last night. If needs be I'll watch back and find a time reference, but it boils down to DTG using a particular sound format on Xbox which they've found out from a different games studio is known faulty ON XBOX (as in it's inhrerent the Microsoft's OS). There are alternatives to this format which don't have the looping issue, but it would mean remaking, rebaking and redownloading all XBOX content on all versions of each DLC (so not an inconsiderable amount of work)

Right now, it seems they need new leadership and programmers who actually do research into consoles and what causes what. Sounds like they are so greedy they forgot how to program.

Yeah... Same would be said for Microsoft who made the console, the OS and the input standard which are at fault...
ie, it's an inherent issue with the OS and it's design rather than something DTG could have known about four years ago when they chose to work with the higher audio standard...
In other words, maybe think outside of the "DTG don't know jack" mould and look at the bigger picture

When driving with a locomotive 2 cat. it often starts in the cabin, a high annoying sound. It's very annoying with headphones. They play on the PSpro console.
