Unfortunately the article is incorrect. DB have recently stated they have no plans to serve the UK any time soon. The Class 374 Eurostar version of the Velaro D is certified for the Channel Tunnel, but the DB Class 407 isn't. It isn't even certified for Belgium yet! However, this will now provide us with the ability for an accurate reskin for the Eurostar version. It would also be good to think that it comes with TVM430, as per real-life.
So if this is a 407, does that mean it will also have TVM-430? In real life 407's are used for services to France and, with some creativity, could be used on Marseille - Avignon or Paris - Tours.
