I bought Luzern Sursee DLC on PlaystationStore but it is impossible to download the PS5 version,when i try this mesage pop : CE-107880-4. Could you pnease ckeck the problem please,beacuse it is bad to pay and having no access to your purchase.
I also have the same problem and there was the same problem with the Tharandter Ramp I had to wait until the PS5 version was downloadable.

It is not related with the last software update beacause i am able to download others games and others dlcs.
Try to keep within the forum rules by talking english. This seems to be specifically a PS5 issue, I have notified DTG.

DTG Natster DTG JD Hi Guys, The PS4 and PS5 version of Luzern Sursee cannot be downloaded. This is and possibly what other people get. I'm using a PS5 but downloading the PS4 version (as I cant download PS5 version because of the DLC limit). Regards Hentis
Hey folks, appreciate the flag on this and I understand it's frustrating. I have highlighted the issue to our team and it will be made a priority while we investigate.
Once again they tell us they understand our frustrations but it’s simply not good enough. Apologies after every release. When are you going to compensate PS5 users for all the issues? Next month it will be 5 months since the start of the download cap issue, although you were aware the issue was coming, and still we are unable to have all our paid for DLC available to us. This is not the first time PS5 users have paid for new DLC and have had to report they can’t download it.
And can I just double check: for those having issues, have you all tried to download it prior to ~11.35am UTC? (if anyone has tried to download after this time for the first time, can you confirm whether it's working for you?)
Yes paid and tried to download before 1135am. have tried again to D/L since then and still nothing. We had something similar to this with some dlc (I think it might have been Sherman Hill?) a few months ago. I thinkwe were able to re download later in the afternoon. Hentis

Downloaded at 12.30, but had to delete another route which now makes 12 routes I've had to delete to stay within the ps5 cap, really need to sort this out. Just doing the route introduction at the moment.

ok I'm waiting I hope to be able to play it before tomorrow, it would be good in the future that this problem not be recurrent because we are already subject to the limitation of the dlc which is very annoying.
Ok So I have the PS4 version of Luzern - Sursee installed on the PS5. I did not realise it had installed it. It never told me it did. When I went to download the PS4 version it threw the error up. So its just the PS5 version I cannot download (but I am not worried about that as I cant play it due to the DLC limit). Hoping it all gets fixed soon. Regards Hentis
If you havent yet downloaded it you should be ok. I think the problem only affects the people that downloaded it before 1135 am this morning, like me. I didnt realise it downloaded the PS4 version. Because when I hit the download button it came up with the something went wrong error. It didnt say anything about downloading and installing the PS4 version. Note I have the PS4 version of TSW (installed on an external drive) and the PS5 version installed on a 3tb internal SSD. Hentis

When you highlight the game, press the Option button and go to "Manage Game Content", is the contentID for the DLC on the list and if so, do you see delete option? NO If so, could you try deleting it? NO Follow the steps here to restore license DONE Then reboot PS5 console and try downloading again DONE -> "Something went wrong" CE-107880-4
I ve tried the potentiel workaround,but still the same message error CE1078804.Download still not working,hoping a solution soon.
