Hi, I am using Railworks 64-Bit, have just bought TS19.... When running the portsmouth direct route, the scenario's all crash within the first 5 minutes. The result is Railworks64.exe not responding. I have never had an issue in 32-Bit and have a good gaming rig that can run high end games in full spec so it's not an issue with hardware capability. Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue and what to do about it? Thanks, Armardar
Hi Armardar Did you install the dependencies mentioned in the FAQ under "Is there anything I can do to prepare for TS2019 64-bit?" https://dovetailgames.kayako.com/Kn...ain-simulator-2019-frequently-asked-questions These specific directx, Visual C++ and PhysX drivers are required.
Same here. Everything installed, ctd shortly after leaving Surbiton heading to Clapham Junction - three times same place. I'll try some different things out and get back.
After disconnecting my Edtracker device and closing opentrack it works. In 32bit I didn't have any problems using EdTracker with opentrack.
Second try - no luck this time - although it didn't crash to desktop this time - it just froze. Maybe I accidently started the 32 bit version when it seemed to work. Sorry.
I'm having the same issue with 64 bit freezing on a certain part of a scenario I was building. I don't have Edtracker installed and all the dependencies are installed as well. I can't play 32 bit for some reason either so I can't play anything at this point.
I just ran a integrity check it came up saying 4025 files failed to validate. It re-downloaded them again have not yet had a chance to go back in see if that has resolved the issue.
In the new version (65.6f) of the TS 2019 x 64 after editing your track database, damage the intersection turnouts throughout the track, some signals are missing link 0, the impossibility of makers through a database connection, the tunnel is to see the terrain, decal is missing, really the worst update for 9 years what you they have issued. To correct this, 99% builders are angry that you have undermined their work.
I have been having problems once again with 64 bit things would be going great then out of the blue it just freezes. I bring up task manager only to find railworks64 is not responding. Yet I can play the same route in 32 bit and have zero problems, lagging or any other issues. I have a ticket in and waiting for a solution and for the time being will only play in 32 bit.
I have tried a couple of solutions found online regarding the issue with the latest NVIDIA drivers, neither worked for me back to square one on what to do.
I guess that the newest Windows 10 update has to do with the problem. The specs of my computer are more than sufficient: HP Omen X 900, i9 CPU, 64 GB RAM, 2 pcs. GTX1080Ti with SLI, 2 SSD HD with 3 TB each (original setup from Hewlett Packard).
Is there a fix yet to this? Portsmouth is the only route that this happens (and super low fps) Are we just being ignored? And no its nothing to do with hardware or dependencies. There is a bug in this route addon that causes random, unknown freezes.
If this is the case I would do the following: Go to the route in editor mode, note the folder location Uninstall the route in steam, allow steam to uninstall the route completely Go to the route folder as noted in step 1 Go one step back then delete the route folder Go back into steam and install the route again This will ensure you get a new copy of the route without any glitches or third party issues which are what normally cause the errors in the first place
If it solved it then it's likely that some third party something (EP, update or something done in the editor) updated the route and then corrupted You're most welcome
