That would mean I'm waiting for a train that's literally starting from the end of the route. Then I guess I've seen the same thing on a scenario I've designed, where I'm held at a red signal because a train that's 30 miles away is pathed across my path.

I really hope it is sorted this time.

 

So basically, Rivet want to charge for something I can do for free in Scenario Planner. Disappointing.

 

Well we don’t know what it is yet or exactly what it will contain but if you can do the same without buying it then you will golden and save yourself some money.

 

But you can't create a full timetable, scenarios and are limited in terms of layers in LD lol. You take it or leave it

 

Could be a Sand Patch expansion with a CSX SD70MAC or ES44AH.

 

I hope the US enhancement pack will be to add the M8 and the other metro north rolling stock

 

Macs would require a new carbody as alot was changed between the early SD70s and the SD70ACes. Since no new locos are planned for the expansion pack, I don't expect anything like the older SD70s to be involved.

 

The enhancement pack is diesel electric, so no M8.

 

At least the Amtrak engine and their rolling stock then.

 

No new locomotives. It's a gameplay pack like diesel legends or new journeys where locos already in game are reused and reskinned with their own timetable possibly and scenarios

Just to clear things up, what you were asking for would be a loco dlc since it's a new locomotive. If it's a new route, it would be route dlc. An enhancement pack is neither of those 2.

 

I'll be interested to see what the Rivet pack does because I'm always up for some more steam content especially if its for dlc I already own.

Wait we will get back the SD70Ace UP at SPG. But this time we have to pay for it.

 

My theory is the SH SD70ACe in a BNSF livery for Cajon.

 

Im just wanting to have the acela for boston sprinter and then hopefully on a longer us route and love the GE E60 come to tsw i know its on ts classic but still for right route be mint

 

With all the moaning about the F7 Santa Fe on Cajon in modern times, there is a possibility in my eyes that we will get an vintage timetable for it, with the Clinchfield locos and rolling stock rebranded and added to it.

But if I could choose one route I'd like to see, definitely Sand Patch. Give that empty yard some much needed love. It's the first route that started this franchise, it's the one route that deserves to be carried through TSW and get all the new features.

Made me almost dissapointed that it wasn't a TSW3 launch route, I'd have loved to see it in the new lightning and especially the rising snow on tracks feature.

 

The pack has a 7 to it, which means 2011+, so its not a vintage timetable.

 

Do we know that the timetag is meant for the expansion it's set in, not the route it takes place?

Probably they will bring the locos from HSC to Sand Patch, because Norfork Southern use SPG in real too. And on the other side the SPG stuff could appear on HSC.

I dont think DTG would mix their stuff with SHG's stuff in a pack.

 

Will TSW2 EVER get the preserved collection updates? This is a joke. Also why is the Class 20 now only getting livery support on tsw3 when its a TSW2 loco?

 

If you look in the December roadmap, I think there was a small blurb talking about what the progress is regarding the preserved updates. Making trains LD compatible takes months of work. It's not as simple as saying the train is paintable. It is a lot more to it and an entire article was written about it.

 

If you want to be technical it's a TSW2020 loco and was the last new british diesel loco to be added to game. Hint hint DTG.

 

Class 150

 

Class 150 is a Diesel Multiple Unit not a diesel locomotive.

 

I'm sorry for digging up this old thread, but is the next roadmap going to be today, or next week? i don't remember if it was mentioned when they would do the january one.
