When I try to subscribe to a livery on tsw3, the circle spins forever. Sometimes it works about once a day
DTG Matt tried to say that it’s because you have over 100 subscriptions , but I don’t know about you but I haven’t anywhere near that many and have the same problem as you .He mentioned it on the last roadmap stream Q&A (or maybe the one before ) To be honest , he didn’t seem to want to talk about it sadly. He brushed it aside even though it had been mentioned in the Q&A thread . It was suggested by someone at DTG that we should use CC on the internet. Trouble is .. you can’t get past the first page of anyone’s downloads and you can’t get past the first page of the people you have followed. It’s been mentioned by a few but like a lot of things it’s been forgotten
I have the same issue. Most liveries just don't seem to download. Many also shows "download required" to the required DLC, even though I already have them.

Hello - this issue is most commonly caused by subscribing to 100+ pieces of content on Creators Club in-game (the limit is 100). I’m afraid you are not paying attention. I have less than 100 and still can’t subscribe Also as I mentioned above , there is no way that I (and others) can get beyond the first page on my “subscriptions” or to access other peoples mods beyond their first page . There is nowhere to click on to get beyond their first page . With respect , I’m getting fed up that this is being looked over . I have tried this both on my phone and laptop on two different browers Here is an example After downloading on of this persons liveries I saw that they had 30 uploads When I got to their page , there was this at the bottom of the page . Notice how there is not any numbers to let me get onto their second page ?
Any idea on when this will be fixed? I've deleted subscriptions and still can't subscribe to new liveries.
My apologies if I've misunderstood - when we've seen this issue before it's been the issue mentioned above. Are you perhaps able to record a video for me to illustrate the flow you're going through, please? So I can send it through to the team.
So if on the PS5, there is no way to download liveries through the console in the near future? I haven't downloaded one thing since this has been a problem. And I rarely see the box car liveries that I downloaded when I do a route. And yes, I own the route.
Can you let me know how long this has been an issue for? If it's a bug, it might help us to pinpoint a particular update which might have caused it.
I haven't been able to download any new liveries on the PS5 for about two months. I even deleted a few subscriptions to see if that works, but to no avail. And I triple checked to make sure I own the route. It just displays the circle icon as if trying to subscribe. Other PS5 owners have said the same thing. Only way to download new liveries for PS5 is through the website. Not doing all that.
When I’ve recorded the video, where did I send it AND as you have seen on here DTG JD some of us have issues subscribing when we do not have as many as 100 subscriptions so can that please be noted ? Cheers

Yeah Matt claimed a 100 sub issue but someone on this forum on PC only had 18 subbed to items and they had the same issue. Seems like CC is pretty much useless unless you know exactly what the item/scenario you want is titled! On console CC is a waste of space as we can't sub to anything and uploading to CC is hit and miss!
